This command will calculate the simple distribution of amino acids per position among protein sequences of identical length. The output can be selected and pasted in your favorite spreadsheet for further analysis. Multiple sequences must be selected at the same time.

To activate this command, choose Analysis > Amino Acid Distribution in the main menu or Sequence Analysis > Amino Acid Distribution in the selection contextual menu.
