Importing nucleotide sequences

1. Choose the destination folder in the Explorer.

2. Choose the menu Files > Import Sequences... > Fetch NCBI Nucleotide Sequences from the main menu or Import Sequences... > Fetch NCBI Nucleotide Sequences from the folder contextual menu.

3. Enter the sequence ID and click the OK button.

Importing protein sequences

1. Choose the destination folder in the Explorer.

2. Choose the menu Files > Import Sequences... > Fetch NCBI Protein Sequences from the main menu or Import Sequences... > Fetch NCBI Protein Sequences from the folder contextual menu.

3. Enter the sequence ID and click the OK button.
