This command will send common properties for proteins to the Output window such as length, molecular weight, pI, amino acid composition, extinction coefficients, aliphatic index, and GRAVY.

To activate this command, choose Analysis > Protein Properties in the main menu or Sequence Analysis > Protein Properties in the selection contextual menu.
