The Sequence Viewer allows the viewing and the analysis of nucleotide sequences in a fully integrated editor.

As of version 5.3, the following operations are permitted:

• Viewing and editing of nucleotide sequences, complement strand and ladder in varied formats.

• Spliting of windows vertically or horizontally and viewing of a different tab in each subwindow.

• Analysis of nucleotide sequences and access to many parameters sush as Tm PCR, GC content in real time.

• Complex highlighting of features to simplify sequence analysis.

• Highlighting of sequence using a pallette of colors.

• View of translations.

• View of restriction sites.

• Creation, editing, and viewing of all sequence features.

• Separate view of coding sequences (CDS), primers, exons and genes.

• Separate Notes Editor to take notes on the fly

All operations can be undone to multiple levels and full work sessions can be saved at anytime. The color schema can be fully customized by the user.
