Selecting restriction sites

• Select a retriction sites with a simple click.

• Select all sites witht the same restriction enzyme with a double click.

• Select all retriction sites with a triple click.

• Hold the Shift key and click to add a sites to the selection.

Adding restriction enzymes for digestion

Right-click any restriction enzyme selection to open the contextual menu and choose the option Add Restriction Enzyme(s)... to add this (these) restriction enzyme(s) to the enzyme selection panel in the Restriction Enzyme Window.

Generate a digestion report from selected restriction enzymes

1. Select up to 4 restriction sites in the viewer.

2. Right-click to open the contextual menu a choose the option Analyze Restrictrion Digest.

Cut the sequence with restriction enzymes

Select two restriction sites, right-click to open the contextual menu and choose the option Select Cut Sequence to select the sequence corresponding to the restriction of the two sites.

Cut the sequence at a single site

Select one restriction site, right-click to open the contextual menu and choose the option Cut Sequence to position the caret on the sequence at the expected cut.
