You can convert nucleotide sequences in any of the following formats: FASTA, EMBL, GenBank, and INSD, and protein sequences in either FASTA, GenPept, and UniProt formats. To achieve the conversion, select the sequences you are interested in and use the export wizard to complete the operation.

Changing format may result in loss of information. Each format is unique and converting between formats involves making approximations between fields.
