Viewer Toolbar
The editor toolbar is found at the top of the viewer window:
Button significance:
1. Click to access the sequence text representation, e.g. the GenBank record.
2. Click to access the Viewer.
3. Click to access the Note editor.
4. Open the Option panel.
5. Toggle on/off ladder & reverse complement representation.
6. Open the sequence edit panel (the cursor must be on the sequence line).
7. Display or remove translations.
8. Display or remove restriction enzyme sites .
9. Create a new feature.
10. Open the sequence color chooser.
To create a translation, display restriction sites or create a new feature, part of the nucleotide sequence or the entire sequence (Ctrl-A) mut be selected.
